Post Offer/ Pre Employment Screen

  • Conduct job specific physial screenings after a conditional offer to ensure candidates can safely perform essential job duties
  • Use data from our Job Duty Analysis to match testing to actual physical demands [e.g lifting, climbing, kneeling, carrying]
  • Identify functional limitations before injuries occur, helping employers make informed hiring decisions
  • Ensure compliance with ADA and EEOC regulations by focusing on job-related criteria and maintaining confidentiality 
  • Reduce risk of workplace injuries, turnover, and workers' compensation claims by ensuring new hires are physical prepared, and taking them through work conditioning/hardening to prepare them for job

Onsite OSHA First Aid

  • Treat common non-recordable injuries: sprains & strains, muscle soreness or tightness, minor joint pain, and more!
  • Provide immediate triage and care for work related injuries within OSHA's first aid guidelines, avoiding unnecessary recordables 
  • Prevent escalation of injuries through early intervention, education, and ergonomic adjustments
  • Reduce unnecessary off-site medical visits, keeping employees productive and costs low
  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation to support OSHA reporting and internal safety records

Return to Work Screens & FCE's

  • We will conduct objective, evidence based, assessments to determine if an employee is physically ready to safely return to work after injury or extended leave
  • Compare current physical abilities with job-specific demands using data from the Job Duty Analysis
  • Perform Functional Capacity Exams [FCE's] to assess strength, mobility, endurance, and task-specific capabilities [e.g., lifting, carrying, squatting]
  • Support employers in making informed decisions about return-to-work timing, work restrictions, and modifications
  • Help reduce risk of reinjury and ensure a safe and sustainable transition back to the job after TID, FMLA, maternity/paternity leave and non-work related injuries

Ergonomic Assessments and Work Site Safety

  • Conduct individual and group ergonomic assessments to identify risk factors and optimize workstation setup and movement efficiency
  • Provide customized recommendations for posture, equipment use, and task modification to reduce strain and prevent overuse
  • Offer on-site safety walk throughs to identify and mitigate environmental hazards and high-risk areas
  • Deliver hands-on safety education including lifting mechanics, stretching programs, and industry-specific best practices
  • Provide on-site CPR, AED and First Aid training by a Red Cross instructor to ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance
